As a Client Service Specialist, JB serves as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with care, accuracy, and efficiency. With a strong background in customer service and operations, JB is detail-oriented, responsive, and dedicated to building lasting relationships.

JB lives on the south shore of Boston with his wife, two children, and dogs. Outside of work, JB coaches lacrosse, enjoys his summers at the beach, and is an avid Boston sports fan.
